Position: Equity Relationship Manager
Location: Secunderabad / Hyderabad
Department: Equity & Broking Services
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire and onboard new clients for Demat and Trading accounts.
Generate revenue through equity trading, derivatives, mutual funds, and other investment products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Provide market updates, investment ideas, and trading recommendations.
Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
Cross-sell financial products such as Mutual Funds, IPOs, Bonds, Insurance, etc.
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Conduct client meetings and portfolio review sessions.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of Equity Markets, Derivatives, and Financial Products.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Customer-focused approach.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline.
NISM Certification preferred.
Experience: 1–5 years in stock broking, financial services, or sales.

Position: Telecaller cum Relationship Manager
Location: Secunderabad / Hyderabad
Department: Equity & Broking Services
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads.
Explain Demat and Trading account benefits.
Schedule appointments for Relationship Managers.
Follow up with leads and convert them into clients.
Maintain customer database and update CRM records.
Assist clients with account opening and documentation.
Build long-term relationships with clients and provide basic market information.
Achieve daily calling and monthly conversion targets.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Interest in Stock Market and Financial Services.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
Qualification:
I Graduate.
Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
CTC:
Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives.
