The Role
As an Estimator II with Worley, you will work closely with our existing estimating team to prepare Cost Estimates for domestic and international projects in accordance with the Worley established procedures.

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:
- Technical and Industry Experience
- Minimum 9+ years’ experience in Cost Estimation related roles.
- Broad knowledge and experience of Cost Estimation tools and practices
- Ability to work and manage in a multi-cultural environment with good understanding of cost estimation parameters to be considered for domestic and international regions.
- Skill to actively learn and develop Cost Estimates for all direct and indirect disciplines.
- Peer review Cost Estimates prepared by others in the team.
- Knowledge and understanding of Cost Estimation practices for developing Greenfield, Brownfield, and Modular execution Cost Estimates.
- Provide support in the development of estimating standards, procedures and systems for the estimating of tenders and proposals.
- Support the development of future benchmarking and estimating tools.
- Supervision and Decision Making
- Decision Making: Working under minimal supervision, able to plan own work and accomplish varied and complex tasks with the ability to discover issues and recommend solutions.
- Supervision Received: Works under supervision and self-initiated technical guidance with regular weekly to monthly interaction with supervisor. Work is not generally supervised in detail and amount of supervision varies depending upon the assignment. Broad duties assigned monthly. Work is occasionally reviewed for accuracy.
- Education Qualifications
- Required: A full-time Bachelor of Engineering degree from an accredited university.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to convey information and ideas to individuals and groups, and make presentations when required.
- Enthusiastic in stakeholder management skills and team player.
