Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and proposal management activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Upwork bidding, LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, and proposal writing within the IT services industry.
This role requires strong communication skills, market research capabilities, and the ability to leverage AI tools and modern sales techniques to improve business development outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Upwork & Proposal Management
Optimize and manage company Upwork profiles.
Identify relevant projects and submit high-quality proposals.
Develop and execute custom bidding strategies to improve project win rates.
Utilize AI tools for proposal writing, bidding optimization, and client engagement.
Track proposal performance and continuously improve bidding effectiveness.
Lead Generation & Outreach
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Email, Upwork, and other online platforms.
Research target industries, companies, and key decision-makers.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Support outreach campaigns and follow-up activities.
Content & Presentation Development
Prepare compelling proposals, capability documents, and sales presentations.
Create professional PowerPoint presentations for client meetings and business pitches.
Optimize LinkedIn profiles and enhance company visibility across digital platforms.
Client Communication & Relationship Management
Handle written communication with prospects and clients professionally.
Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and client discussions.
Maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients.
Support client onboarding and business development initiatives.
Collaboration & Reporting
Maintain lead databases and update business development activities regularly.
Work closely with sales, marketing, technical, and management teams.
Coordinate internal discussions for proposal preparation and project requirements.
Align business development efforts with company growth objectives and targets.
