Position: MEP / PMC Engineer
Location: Bidadi, Karnataka
Education: B.E. Mechanical
Experience: 5–7 Years
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Coordinate with contractors, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
✅ Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion while maintaining quality standards.
✅ Conduct daily site meetings, inspections, and progress reviews with contractors and vendors.
✅ Ensure seamless coordination between all project stakeholders.
✅ Verify contractor bills, work progress, and compliance with contract requirements.
✅ Maintain strict quality control to minimize rework and ensure stage-wise quality approvals.
✅ Inspect incoming materials and verify compliance with approved specifications and BOQs.
✅ Implement method statements, quality checklists, and conduct regular quality audits.
✅ Prepare snag lists, monitor rectifications, and ensure timely closure.
✅ Maintain daily work reports and project documentation.
✅ Monitor project schedules, prepare catch-up plans, and support timely project delivery.
✅ Supervise testing and commissioning of Utility, HVAC, Fire Fighting, and MEP systems.
✅ Handle quantity verification, bill certification, and project handover documentation.
We're Looking For:
✔ Strong knowledge of MEP execution, PMC, and construction project management.
✔ Experience in quality control, contractor coordination, billing, and project scheduling.
✔ Hands-on experience with HVAC, Fire Fighting, Utility Services, and MEP installations.
✔ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and within timelines.
