About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and analytical IT Business Analyst with 1–1.5 years of experience. The candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that solutions align with business goals and are delivered efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and use cases.
- Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and process flow diagrams.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and design teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups in Agile/Scrum projects.
- Conduct gap analysis between current and desired business states and suggest improvements.
- Create and maintain project documentation including wireframes, process maps, and data flow diagrams.
- Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) coordination and ensure that delivered solutions meet business expectations.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues proactively to the project manager.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 1–1.5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT company or IT-enabled services environment.
- Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in documenting BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and wireframes.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar project management/BA tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying and validation.
- Familiarity with wireframing tools like Figma, Balsamiq, or Lucidchart.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to web or mobile application projects.
- Understanding of REST APIs and basic integration concepts.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel (advanced), Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- CBAP, CCBA, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
