Role Overview
The selected candidate will be based out of the Jaipur office and will undergo structured onboarding and training on the organization’s digital platform and program processes. The role involves working closely with Special Educators (SEs), ensuring strong coordination, and driving efficient on-ground implementation of project activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits across Jaipur and nearby areas for program coordination and monitoring
- Learn and effectively use the organization’s digital platform and tools
- Train and support Special Educators (SEs) on application usage and workflows
- Maintain consistent communication with SEs and stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination
- Handle field-level challenges with professionalism, tact, and problem-solving ability
- Ensure timely and effective execution of project activities within defined timelines
- Maintain accurate records, updates, and coordination reports
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless program delivery

Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline with 2+ years of experience(career returnees are welcome)
- Willingness to travel extensively within Jaipur and surrounding areas
- Strong learning mindset and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Must own a two-wheeler for local travel
- Must have a laptop and smartphone with stable internet connectivity
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
