Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer with 3-6 years of experience
designing web-based applications, enterprise platforms, and executive dashboards. The ideal
candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to
transform complex business data into intuitive, story-driven user experiences. You will work closely
with business analysts, product managers, and developers to design scalable, visually engaging
interfaces that empower business users to make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
User Experience &Research

Gather and understand business requirements, user needs, and product objectives.

Create user personas, user journeys, task flows, and information architecture.

Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to validate design decisions.

Design intuitive user experiences that improve usability, accessibility, and user satisfaction.
UI Design &Prototyping

Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.

Design responsive interfaces for web applications across desktop and tablet devices.

Develop visually consistent interfaces following modern UI/UX principles.

Contribute to and maintain reusable design systems, UI components, and style guides.
Enterprise Application Design

Design data-intensive interfaces including reports, tables, forms, filters, search, analytics, and KPI dashboards.

Simplify complex workflows, approval processes, and multi-step business operations into intuitive user experiences.

Ensure consistency and usability across enterprise applications.
Dashboard &Data Visualization

Design executive and business intelligence dashboards that transform complex data into clear, intuitive, and actionable insights.

Create story-driven dashboard experiences using KPIs, charts, tables, reports, and visualizations that support informed business decision-making.

Design persona-based dashboards tailored to different business stakeholders, ensuring each view surfaces the most relevant metrics, trends, and opportunities.

Apply data storytelling, visual hierarchy, and interaction design principles to help users quickly understand performance, identify patterns, and take action.

Build scalable, consistent dashboard experiences that align with business objectives and deliver a seamless user experience across enterprise applications.
Collaboration &Design Delivery

Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

Participate in requirement discussions, design reviews, and sprint planning sessions.

Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Incorporate stakeholder and user feedback to continuously improve product experiences.
Required Skills &Qualifications

3–6 years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or a related role.

Strong proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping, and Design Systems.

Experience designing web applications, enterprise software, or SaaS platforms.

Experience designing executive dashboards, business intelligence interfaces, and data-driven user experiences.

Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, interaction design, visual hierarchy, and responsive design.

Ability to transform complex business requirements and datasets into intuitive, story-driven user experiences.

Good understanding of data visualization principles and dashboard design best practices.

Experience collaborating with Business Analysts, Product Managers, and Developers in Agile environments.

Basic understanding of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS) is a plus.

Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

A portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects, dashboard designs, and design thinking.

In this role, you will be strictly required to uphold our Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies in alignment with ISO/IEC 27001 standards. Responsibilities include safeguarding sensitive asset data, completing mandatory security awareness training, reporting potential security incidents or vulnerabilities immediately, and ensuring that daily operations comply with our rigorous data protection protocols.
