Job Summary
The Client Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing professional relationships with assigned clients and public personalities while ensuring effective coordination between clients and internal teams.
This role involves structured communication, relationship management, and supporting brand positioning through planned execution. The executive will also assist in managing the social media presence of assigned celebrity personalities or public figures, ensuring that digital communication aligns with their public image and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication and relationship management for assigned clients or celebrity personalities
- Act as the primary coordination point between clients and Moris Media internal teams
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of the public image and credibility of assigned personalities
- Coordinate with PR, digital marketing, and content teams for campaign execution
- Assist in managing social media accounts of celebrity personalities or public figures
- Ensure that social media communication aligns with the client’s brand positioning and messaging strategy
- Track approvals, deliverables, and timelines to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Assist in organizing interviews, public appearances, meetings, and promotional activities
- Identify opportunities for brand collaborations, endorsements, or partnerships where relevant
- Maintain professional communication standards when handling sensitive client interactions
- Support reporting, documentation, and performance tracking for assigned accounts

Qualifications

Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in client servicing, relationship management, public relations, celebrity coordination, or social media management is required.
