Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective candidates about the banking program via calls and online communication
- Explain program details, eligibility, and career opportunities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Follow up with leads and maintain candidate engagement
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Achieve counselling and enrollment targets
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to convince and guide candidates effectively
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Customer-focused and target-driven approach
