Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
- Maintain Blow Moulding and Injection Moulding machines.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and utility-related issues.
- Manage utilities including air compressors, chillers, cooling towers, DG sets, and electrical systems.
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team.
- Monitor machine performance, reduce downtime, and improve OEE.
- Ensure availability of critical spare parts and maintenance documentation.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards, 5S, TPM, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.
