Coupa – Consultant, Technical Transformation
Join Deloitte’s Enterprise Performance practice as a Consultant, Coupa, where you will support digital procurement transformation initiatives across source-to-pay environments. In this role, you will contribute to discovery, design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment activities for Coupa solutions across procurement, sourcing, contracts, supplier management, invoicing, and related modules. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, deliver quality work products within project timelines, and support implementation and post-go-live activities across the solution lifecycle.
Work you'll do
As a Consultant, Coupa on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for supporting source-to-pay transformation initiatives across client environments.
- Run discovery workshops, document business requirements, map current-state processes, identify pain points, and design future-state workflows aligned to Coupa capabilities.
- Configure Coupa modules based on project scope, including Procurement, Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management, Supplier Information Management, Invoicing, Expenses, Coupa Pay, and Spend Analytics.
- Support integration activities between Coupa and enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, and Workday Financials, including standard connectors, flat-file integrations, and related data flows.
- Set up master data, catalogs, approval workflows, buying channels, coding rules, supplier onboarding forms, and other solution components required for end-to-end source-to-pay operations.
- Support testing, defect triage, deployment, training, hypercare, release updates, and post-go-live optimization activities across the implementation lifecycle.

Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST, as per business requirements
Qualifications
Required:
- Experience implementing or supporting Coupa across one or more source-to-pay process areas, including requisitioning, sourcing, contracts, invoicing, supplier management, expenses, or payments
- Experience running discovery workshops and documenting business requirements, process flows, and functional designs
- Experience configuring Coupa modules such as Procurement, Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management, Supplier Information Management, Invoicing, Expenses, Coupa Pay, or Spend Analytics
- Experience setting up integrations between Coupa and enterprise resource planning platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Workday Financials
- Experience setting up master data, catalogs, approval workflows, buying channels, and related configuration components within Coupa
- Experience supporting system integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect triage, deployment, or hypercare activities
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE), Bachelor of Technology (BTech), Master of Computer Applications (MCA), Master of Technology (MTech), or equivalent from an accredited university
Preferred:
- Experience supporting procurement transformation, roadmap assessments, process re-engineering, or tool selection activities
- Experience with software-as-a-service procurement platforms such as Ivalua, SAP Ariba, or SAP Concur
- Experience supporting service-level agreement-based application support, ticket management, or root cause analysis
- Experience delivering training, user enablement materials, or software demonstrations for procurement platforms
- Experience supporting quarterly release management, upgrade planning, or post-go-live optimization
- Coupa or procurement platform certifications
