We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Executive to provide exceptional support and ensure a seamless experience for patients throughout their healthcare journey. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a patient-first approach, and experience working in a hospital.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide patients throughout their visit.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with doctors and clinical staff.
- Address patient queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum one years of experience in patient care, customer service, healthcare.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Candidates should have a strong hospitality mindset with excellent customer service and patient-handling skills.
SALARY : 10,000 - 15000
