Job description:
1. Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the Branch Manager in daily branch operations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of deposit collection, loan processing, and customer service.
- Support in achieving branch targets for deposits, loans, and membership.
- Verify and maintain branch records, documents, and registers.
- Supervise branch staff and guide them in daily work.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Monitor cash transactions and daily accounts.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for Head Office.
- Ensure compliance with Nidhi Rules, company policies, and audit requirements.
2. Staff Support & Supervision
- Help the Branch Manager in staff management and task allocation
- Ensure proper discipline and teamwork in the branch.
3. Financial Responsibilities
- Assist in loan verification, jewel loan processing, and documentation.
- Monitor interest collection and repayment follow-ups.
- Maintain proper cash balance and account records.
- Support internal and external audits.
4. Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Com / BBA / Finance or related field).
- 2– 5 years experience in Nidhi Company, NBFC, Banking, or Finance sector.
