Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Salesforce Trainer to join our institute. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions on Salesforce Admin, Development, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to students and working professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions on Salesforce Admin, Development, and LWC
- Prepare training materials, assignments, and real-time projects
- Guide students with practical use cases and industry-level scenarios
- Support students in doubt-clearing and project completion
- Monitor student progress and provide performance feedback
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and updates
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Administration and Development
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Good understanding of Apex, SOQL, Triggers, and Integrations
- Prior teaching or training experience preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Salesforce Certification (Admin/Developer) is a plus
