Requirements
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
· 5 to 8 years of HR experience
· Strong knowledge of HR functions and labor laws
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
· Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools
Key Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
· Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
· Oversee employee relations and grievance handling
· Coordinate training and development initiatives
· Manage performance appraisal processes
· Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
· Maintain HR records and generate HR reports
