- Certification in Revit MEP will be an added advantage
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced MEP Revit Modeler with a strong background in industrial projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining detailed 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems using Autodesk Revit. The role requires close coordination with engineering teams to ensure accurate and clash-free project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Create and update Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing layouts, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare construction and shop drawings from BIM models.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including Civil, Structural, Architectural, and Process Engineering.
- Perform clash detection and model coordination using BIM tools.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
- Generate schedules, quantity take-offs, and reports from BIM models.
- Incorporate design revisions and maintain model accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support engineering teams with model reviews and technical documentation.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve design conflicts.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Good understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
- Experience in industrial plant projects, manufacturing facilities, water treatment plants, oil & gas, or similar industrial sectors.
- Knowledge of BIM standards and workflows.
- Familiarity with Navisworks for clash detection and model coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AutoCAD and other BIM software.
- Exposure to international design standards and industrial project execution.
- Knowledge of BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be given preference.
Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
