About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, highly organized House Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and staffing of a private villa in Nanakramguda. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in luxury estate management, high-end residential operations, or hospitality.
You will serve as the central point of coordination for all domestic staff, daily meal planning, specialized vendors, and estate logistics, ensuring the home runs flawlessly.
Key Responsibilities
1. Menu Planning & Dietary Logistics
* Menu Curation: Design and plan balanced daily menus covering three meals a day (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner) based on household preferences.
* Supply Management: Pre-plan meals to audit kitchen inventories, preparing precise daily and weekly grocery lists.
* Quick Commerce Procurement: Order and track required ingredients and fresh items via platforms like Blinkit, Licious, BigBasket, and other quick-commerce applications to ensure timely delivery before preparation times.
2. Staff Management & HR Operations
* Supervision: Directly manage and oversee full-time and part-time housekeeping staff to maintain flawless interior and exterior cleanliness.
* Scheduling: Coordinate daily shifts, tasks, and leave schedules for all domestic staff to ensure uninterrupted coverage.
* Recruitment: Source, interview, and onboard new domestic staff or replacements through agencies and personal networks as needed.
3. Vendor Coordination & Estate Maintenance
Supervise and sign off on the work of specialized external maintenance teams, including:
* Aquatics & Water Features: Oversee regular servicing for the Reef Tank, swimming pool, fountain, and waterfall systems.
* Landscape Care: Coordinate schedules and inspect the work of the gardening team during their bi-weekly maintenance visits.
* Errands & Deliveries: Book and coordinate Porter services for secure package pickups and drops.
Profile Requirements
* Experience: Prior experience as a House Manager, Estate Manager, or in a supervisory hospitality role where meal planning, kitchen management, or guest services was a key component.
* Language Fluency: Must be fully fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu to communicate seamlessly with family members, external vendors, and local ground staff.
* Technical Savvy: High comfort level using smartphone applications (Blinkit, Licious, BigBasket, Porter) for daily procurement and logistics.
* Traits: Strong culinary organizational skills, excellent eye for detail, discretion, and strict punctuality regarding the 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM schedule.
