Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Site Engineer – Civil to join our construction team in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring quality execution, and coordinating with contractors and vendors for smooth project completion.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site
- Monitor work progress as per project schedule
- Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams
- Check measurements, materials, and site execution works
- Prepare daily progress reports and update management
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and resources
- Resolve basic technical and site-related issues
- Maintain site documentation and reports
Requirements:
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 0–2 years of experience in construction/site execution
- Freshers with good technical knowledge can also apply
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to work at project sites in Bangalore
