Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Caller with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling site visits for the sales team. Experience in the real estate industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-generated leads and databases.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate project information.
- Qualify leads and assess customer requirements and buying intent.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects regularly to maintain engagement and drive conversions.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM software.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding lead status and customer feedback.
- Address customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Prepare and submit call reports and MIS as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tele Caller, Tele Sales Executive, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Marathi will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Real estate industry experience will be preferred.
