Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the automobile service workshop.
- Ensure timely and quality servicing, repairs, and vehicle delivery.
- Allocate work efficiently among technicians and service advisors.
- Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and service quality.
- Ensure customer complaints are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Monitor spare parts availability and coordinate with the parts department.
- Ensure proper implementation of service processes and dealership standards.
- Maintain workshop discipline and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service performance reports.
- Train, guide, and motivate workshop staff to improve productivity and technical skills.
- Coordinate with management to achieve service revenue and operational targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in the automobile industry is mandatory.
- Experience in managing workshop operations at an automobile dealership will be preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of automobile servicing and repairs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management software is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
