Job Summary
Rekha Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant to support physicians in delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will assist in patient evaluation, clinical procedures, treatment planning, and coordination of care while ensuring a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist physicians in examining, diagnosing, and treating patients.
Take and record patient medical histories and vital signs.
Conduct preliminary patient assessments and document findings.
Assist in clinical procedures and minor interventions as required.
Monitor patient progress and report changes to the physician.
Prepare patients for examinations and treatments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and follow-up care.
Coordinate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Adhere to hospital policies, infection control protocols, and patient safety standards.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies or a related healthcare field.
Valid certification/registration as per applicable regulations.
Freshers or candidates with 1-3 years of clinical experience are welcome to apply.
Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of EMR/Hospital Information Systems.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.
