Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Head to lead the Human Resources function for our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, training, and HR policy implementation while fostering a productive and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning for plant and corporate hiring.
- Oversee onboarding, induction, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Manage performance appraisal, promotions, and employee development programs.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.
- Supervise payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and HR operations.
- Develop HR policies, SOPs, and organizational procedures.
- Coordinate training and skill development programs for employees.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, manpower planning, and attrition analysis.
- Collaborate with department heads to address manpower and organizational needs.
- Lead and mentor the HR team to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
- 10–12 years of HR experience, with 3–5 years in a leadership role within the manufacturing industry.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Expertise in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Experience in payroll coordination and HRMS/ERP systems.
- Leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, FMCG, automotive, or industrial sectors.
- Knowledge of Factory Act, Industrial Relations, and statutory compliances.
- Ability to manage large workforces across plant and corporate functions.
Pay: ₹125,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
