- Monitor production flow using FMS and ensure tasks are completed as per plan.
- Track What–How–Who–When for all activities.
- Take regular follow-ups with concerned teams to avoid delays.
- Communicate task status clearly to stakeholders.
- Escalate delays or bottlenecks to management.
- Maintain records, updates, and basic MIS reports.
