ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Graphic Designer to create high-quality marketing, sales, and product design assets for Augment Works and WappBiz. From social media creatives and presentations to UI mockups and sales collateral, you'll help maintain a premium and consistent visual identity across both brands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Create pitch decks, presentations, proposals, case studies, brochures, and one-pagers.
- Design UI wireframes, product mockups, and feature explainer graphics.
- Edit videos for social media reels and product demos.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design team on campaign assets.
- Manage and organize design assets and files.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
– 1+ year of experience in graphic design — portfolio required at application stage
– Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (or equivalent)
– Experience designing for both digital (social, web) and print/presentation formats
– Strong sense of typography, colour, and layout — you care about the details
– Ability to take a brief, understand the audience, and deliver on time
– Familiarity with Canva for quick turnaround assets
– Good communication skills — can explain design decisions
GOOD TO HAVE
– Experience in a tech startup, creative agency, or product company
– Basic motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut)
– Familiarity with Figma for UI and prototype design
– Understanding of AI image tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) as creative accelerators
– Passion for immersive tech — VR, AR, 3D — even at a curiosity level
