What you will do
- Be the first point of contact for customers — on WhatsApp, email, and phone
- Build relationships with interior designers and architects and onboard them to our exclusive ID&A program
- Reach out to and coordinate with influencers for collaborations
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending conversations — nothing falls through the cracks
- Represent Studio Covers with warmth, clarity, and professionalism in every interaction
What we need
- Excellent English — written and spoken
- Confident and warm communicator who can hold a room
- Someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and building relationships
- Organised enough to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups without dropping the ball
- An eye for aesthetics is a big plus — you'll be representing a design brand
- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, sales, or communications preferred
