We are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Head to oversee and strengthen our sales operations while driving sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating effective sales strategies, leading high-performing teams, and building strong client partnerships to achieve organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, guide, and foster the sales team to consistently achieve targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and expansion strategies.
- Design and execute customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and operational departments to enhance sales performance.
- Represent the company at regional events, enhancing brand visibility and building networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Track sales performance indicators and offer practical recommendations for enhancements.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for management.
- Drive customer satisfaction and ensure excellent post - sales engagement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales-related role.
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Must be fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
