We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee our organization’s financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and analysis. The Finance Manager will play a critical role in guiding strategic decisions, ensuring financial health, and improving the company’s financial performance and business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the annual budgeting process and financial forecasts.
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors, banks, and tax consultants.
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling for strategic initiatives and investment opportunities.
- Evaluate and manage financial risks.
- Implement and maintain financial controls and systems.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in financial management, accounting, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, laws, and best practices.
- Proficiency in financial software and Excel.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
