Principal MP Board
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise overall academic and administrative operations of the school.
Lead, guide, and support teaching and non-teaching staff.
Ensure effective implementation of MP Board curriculum, policies, and guidelines.
Monitor student performance, discipline, and academic progress.
Strengthen parent teacher relationships and community engagement.
Plan and execute school development initiatives.
Maintain compliance with educational regulations and standards.
Required Qualifications
Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a recognized university.
B.Ed. or M.Ed. preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in teaching and school administration.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage staff, students, and school operations effectively.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
