About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Consultant Physiotherapist to provide patient care in our outpatient department (OPD). You'll independently manage complex and varied caseloads, and act as a key clinical expert bridging patient care with the broader medical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently assess, diagnose, and manage complex cases across orthopedic, sports, geriatric, and post-surgical rehabilitation
- Design advanced, evidence-based treatment protocols and oversee their execution
- Liaise directly with consultant physicians, orthopedic surgeons, and neurologists for integrated treatment planning
- Review and audit treatment outcomes to ensure quality and evidence-based practice standards
- Lead patient and caregiver education on rehabilitation goals, home programs, and long-term management
- Maintain thorough clinical documentation and case records
- Stay updated on advanced physiotherapy techniques, research, and continuing education
Requirements
- BPT/MPT (specialization preferred) from a recognized institution
- Valid state physiotherapy council registration
- Minimum [2+] years of clinical experience, including independent case management in an OPD setting
- Strong expertise in manual therapy, advanced electrotherapy, and specialized rehabilitation protocols
- Proven ability to manage complex, high-acuity, and diverse caseloads
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
