Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive EA Analyst to support Enterprise Architecture (EA) initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining data quality, supporting stakeholders, and enabling transparency across the IT landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across the repository
- Support application portfolio management (APM) activities and reporting
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, validate, and update architecture data
- Assist in report creation (landscape, matrix, roadmap, radar) for decision-making
- Facilitate intake processes for onboarding new applications and updates
- Contribute to architecture governance and lifecycle management
- Document processes, standards, and best practices

Ability to clearly articulate technical and business information, strong documentation and presentation skills, and ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience working with cross-functional teams, ability to drive discussions, gather requirements, and ensure alignment, with proactive follow-ups for data completeness and validation.

Specific Skills (2 Years’ Experience)
- Hands-on experience with any ERP platform, navigation and configuration
- Strong business acumen
- Willingness to learn technologies
- Hand’s-on experience in prompt engineering
- Adept in documentation and preparing executive decks.
- Basic knowledge of Application Portfolio Management (APM)
- Exposure to data quality frameworks and governance models
Excellent to Have
- Experience working on any ERP tools
- Experience with CMDB tools (ServiceNow, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of data modelling and system integration
