About the Role:
Ad2Ship is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic NDR Executive / Telecaller to join our logistics team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving NDR (Non-Delivery Report) cases, and coordinating with customers and delivery partners for successful order deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls regarding delivery and shipment issues
- Resolve NDR cases by coordinating with customers and courier partners
- Update delivery remarks and maintain records in the system
- Follow up with customers for address, availability, or delivery confirmation
- Maintain proper communication and customer support
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in Telecalling / Customer Support / Logistics
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
