Job Summary
CT Group of Institutions is looking for a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Soft Skills & Aptitude Trainer to enhance students' employability by delivering high-quality training in communication skills, personality development, quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and interview preparation.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent presentation skills, strong subject knowledge, and the ability to motivate and prepare students for campus placements and competitive examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions on Soft Skills, Communication Skills, Personality Development, and Corporate Etiquette.
- Deliver Aptitude training covering Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, and Analytical Skills.
- Prepare students for campus recruitment processes, including Group Discussions, Personal Interviews, Resume Building, and Mock Interviews.
- Evaluate students' performance and provide individual feedback for improvement.
- Coordinate with placement and academic teams to identify training requirements.
- Maintain training records, attendance, assessments, and progress reports.
- Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and industry expectations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (MBA/MA English/Master's degree preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Experience in campus placement training will be an added advantage.
