1. Financial Management
- Record daily sales collections from tenants (shops/stalls)
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements monthly
2. Tenant Accounting
- Collect rent and maintenance fees from shop owners
- Issue invoices and receipts
- Track overdue payments and follow up
- Prepare tenant settlement reports
3. Budget & Expense Control
- Monitor mall operating expenses (security, cleaning, electricity, maintenance)
- Assist in preparing annual budgets
- Compare actual expenses vs. budget
4. Reporting
- Prepare monthly financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet)
- Generate management reports
- Provide financial data for decision-making
5. Tax & Compliance
- Handle GST/VAT calculations (if applicable)
- Prepare tax returns
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations
- Coordinate with auditors during audits
6. Cash Handling (if required)
- Supervise cash collection processes
- Ensure proper documentation of transactions
- Prevent financial discrepancies
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
