HR Manager - Manufacturing
Experience Required: 5-10 Years (Preferably in Manufacturing/Factory Environment)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager with a strong background in the manufacturing sector to oversee all human resource functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for payroll management, recruitment, employee welfare, statutory compliance, performance management, and overall HR operations to support a productive and engaged workforce.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff, supervisors, technicians, and factory workers.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements.
- Conduct interviews, candidate assessments, onboarding, and induction programs.
- Maintain talent pipelines for critical manufacturing positions.
Payroll & Compensation
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll.
- Manage attendance, leave records, overtime, and shift-related payroll calculations.
- Handle salary revisions, incentives, bonuses, and final settlements.
- Coordinate with finance for payroll audits and reporting.
Employee Relations & Welfare
- Develop and implement employee welfare initiatives and engagement programs.
- Address employee grievances and maintain positive workplace relations.
- Organize training programs, health camps, safety awareness sessions, and employee events.
- Promote a positive work culture and employee retention strategies.
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including joining, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Generate HR reports and workforce analytics.
Compliance & Statutory Requirements
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Manage PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, and other statutory benefits.
- Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and external agencies as required.
- Support factory compliance requirements and labor inspections.
Performance Management & Training
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes.
- Identify training needs and organize skill development programs.
- Support succession planning and workforce development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/MSW/PG Diploma in Human Resource Management preferred.
- 5-10 years of HR experience, with significant experience in a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, labor laws, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS and Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling blue-collar and white-collar workforce.
- Knowledge of factory operations and shift workforce management.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
