Hiring: B2B Inside Sales Specialist / Appointment Setter
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Remote — India
Shift: US Business Hours / Night Shift (Central Time)
Experience: 2–5 Years
Start Date: Immediate
About the Opportunity
Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing technology and cybersecurity company delivering high-integrity IT infrastructure solutions to businesses across the United States. They are expanding their outbound sales team and are looking for driven, articulate, and resilient B2B Inside Sales Specialists based in India.
The client is launching a focused outreach campaign to help independent healthcare providers and dental practices strengthen their cybersecurity, protect sensitive data, and improve their compliance readiness.
The Role
As a B2B Inside Sales Specialist, you will be the frontline representative for the client’s cybersecurity services. Your primary goal will be to engage decision-makers at US-based dental practices and small healthcare providers, qualify their needs, and schedule technical evaluation meetings for the client’s engineering team.
This is an ideal role for a motivated sales professional who enjoys outbound calling, can confidently handle objections, and thrives in a performance-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct approximately 80–100 outbound cold calls each day to independent dental practices and small healthcare providers in the US.
- Engage, educate, and qualify prospects using a structured outreach process focused on cybersecurity, ransomware protection, and compliance needs.
- Navigate gatekeepers such as office managers and receptionists to reach key decision-makers.
- Book 10–15 qualified technical evaluation appointments each month for the engineering team.
- Qualify leads by gathering relevant information about their IT environment and current technology setup.
- Clearly communicate basic technical concepts—including firewalls, servers, patches, and cybersecurity risks—in a natural, professional manner.
- Handle common objections, build quick rapport, and move conversations toward a scheduled meeting.
- Accurately log call outcomes, update contact information, and manage your sales pipeline in the CRM.
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of proven experience in US B2B outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting.
- Strong verbal English communication skills and confidence speaking with US-based business professionals.
- A proven ability to handle objections, engage gatekeepers, and build rapport quickly.
- Experience in cybersecurity, IT services, SaaS, healthcare, or dental-industry sales is highly preferred.
- Comfortable discussing basic IT infrastructure terminology without sounding overly technical or scripted.
- Strong organization, discipline, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.
- A quiet, distraction-free home-office environment with reliable high-speed internet and power backup suitable for US night shifts.
What’s Offered
- Competitive base salary.
- Uncapped performance incentives for qualified meetings booked and attended.
- Comprehensive onboarding and training on the client’s services and target market.
- Verified lead lists and CRM support.
- Clear growth opportunities as the outbound sales operation expands.
