Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and social media trends, with the ability to build engaging online communities and strengthen brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
- Write compelling captions and coordinate with the design and content teams.
- Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant ideas into content.
- Manage daily posting, audience engagement, and community interactions.
- Track performance metrics and prepare regular social media reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.
- Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and current trends.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Basic photography and videography
- Knowledge of Meta Ads is an added advantage
