Job Summary
MSAFE Group is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Project Sales Executive to drive sales of Aluminium Scaffolding, Formwork, Ladders, and Work-at-Height Solutions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying project opportunities, generating enquiries, developing relationships with contractors, consultants, builders, and project owners, and converting opportunities into business.
Key Responsibilities
Project Identification & Business Development
- Identify new projects in construction, infrastructure, industrial, manufacturing, and commercial sectors.
- Generate enquiries and develop new business opportunities.
- Meet contractors, builders, consultants, architects, project managers, and end users to promote company products.
- Develop and maintain a strong project pipeline.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits and project site meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Sales & Order Conversion
- Prepare and submit quotations as per customer requirements.
- Follow up on quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
- Convert enquiries into sales orders and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
Project Tracking & Coordination
- Track ongoing and upcoming projects in the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, delivery, installation, and customer support.
- Ensure smooth execution of orders and customer satisfaction.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and project developments.
- Collect and share information on upcoming projects and business opportunities.
Collection & Account Management
- Follow up for payments and outstanding receivables from customers.
- Maintain healthy customer accounts and support timely collections.
Reporting
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain customer visit reports, enquiry records, and project tracking data.
- Update CRM/ERP systems with customer and project information.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or MBA (Sales/Marketing).
- 2–6 years of experience in Project Sales, Industrial Sales, Infrastructure Sales, or Construction Sales.
- Experience in Scaffolding, Formwork, Construction Equipment, Industrial Products, Building Materials, or related industries will be preferred.

Additional Requirements

Comfortable meeting customers at project sites, offices, and industrial locations.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
