Job Summary :
We are looking for a proactive Client Service Executive to manage client relationships, ensure seamless communication, and support business growth through lead generation. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and relationship management skills, be adept at handling client queries, and have a results-driven approach to client engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day client communication via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Generate and qualify new leads through various online and offline channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and follow-up activities.
- Prepare client reports, proposals, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional support.
- Monitor client feedback and recommend improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in client servicing, customer support, sales coordination, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client handling and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM software will be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
