- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. Hospital Administration/Healthcare Management qualification will be an advantage.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a hospital, healthcare, clinic, or customer service environment preferred. Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- English and Malayalam communication skills are essential.
- Good interpersonal and patient-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Pleasant personality, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, as required by hospital operations.
