Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the full software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration of components while focusing on delivering innovative and efficient solutions. The engineer continuously refines and enhances system capabilities to support client needs and improve overall service quality.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and software quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language), Data Governance, Large Language Models (LLMs), Microsoft Azure AI foundry.
- Experience in Python building production services.
- Proven delivery of LLM/GenAI systems: prompts, tool/function calling, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Backend expertise: FastAPI/Django, async programming, testing (pytest), and performance profiling.
- Frontend proficiency: React/Next.js, TypeScript, state management (Redux/RTK/Zustand), and component testing (Jest/RTL/Cypress).
- Retrieval: embeddings and indexing, vector DBs, query/rerank strategies, and data governance basics.
- Strong API design, security (OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, RBAC), and observability skills.
- Azure AI/OpenAI experience Azure AI Studio, Cognitive Search, Key Vault, Purview, Event Hubs.
- Experience with LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel planners/memory/skills
- Strong experience in backend and frontend development using Python frameworks and libraries.
- Familiarity with cloud computing environments, particularly Microsoft Azure services.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Experience in implementing data governance practices to ensure data quality and compliance.
- Knowledge of integrating artificial intelligence models, including large language models, into software solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
