About the Role
Keyhike Technologies is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to identify and convert business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads.
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- MBA (Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, International Business)
- B.Tech
- BBA
- B.Com
- Any Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Lead generation and client acquisition experience.
- Good understanding of sales and business development processes.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Professional attitude and problem-solving ability.
