To develop & mentor the Service team under professional guidance and support.

Individual responsibility for home state & team responsibility of all service engineers.

Assist team in scheduling of urgent / important calls to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills & team management skills.

Ensure timely installations and service for all equipment.
▪
Ensure good relations with all KOLs and with technician groups.
▪
Ensure seamless demo of equipment across India by supporting local team members.
▪
Carry out training and performance evaluations of team members.
▪
Coaching and mentoring of team members.
▪
Planning and developing strategies to meet customer demands.
▪
Traveling extensively to build strong customer connect and resolving customer issues on priority.
▪
Generate leads for equipment from existing and new prospective customers.
▪
Frequent visits to KOLs to build lasting relationships.
▪
Resolution of customer complaints with respect to service.
▪
Carrying out activities pertaining to market intelligence.
▪
Building & periodically reviewing the progress of all team members.
▪
Assisting sales and clinical team members to conduct technician and doctor CMEs.
▪
Weekly / monthly review meetings with team to gauge performance against assigned KRAs and taking necessary actions to improve performance.
10+ years preferably in medical device industry, background of dialysis industry would be helpful.

Should possess strong business acumen, ability to manage customer demands and work closely with KOLs to resolve their queries.
▪
Should have the prior experience of handling service in concerned region.
▪
Should possess team handling experience.
▪
Should be willing and able to coach and develop team members.
▪
Education- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Pay: ₹600,000.41 - ₹800,000.00 per year
