Etech is hiring a Customer Experience Specialist for its Gandhinagar center, reporting to a Sales Coach. The role is a chat-based sales and support agent position: the candidate handles multiple inbound web chats simultaneously, qualifies leads, explains products and promotions, quotes prices, closes sales, logs customer data and order details into the CRM, and follows up to ensure satisfaction.
This is a fast-paced, multitasking-heavy job that blends sales (soliciting orders, upselling) with service (resolving queries, problem-solving) and reporting (maintaining a sales tracker). Minimum qualification is 12th standard or any graduate/postgraduate, age 18 or above, with strong English communication skills and comfort with MS Office and basic software tools. Flexibility in shift hours is mandatory.
Core competencies: written communication and chat fluency, multitasking under time pressure, sales aptitude and persuasion, attention to detail in data entry, problem-solving, coachability, and adaptability to change.
