Internship Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our Telecalling / Cold Calling Internship Program. Interns will engage with prospective clients, generate qualified leads, schedule appointments, and support business development initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in sales and customer communication.
Key Responsibilities -
- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients.
- Introduce MRC's services and identify client requirements.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the business development team.
- Maintain call records and update CRM/tracking sheets.
- Conduct follow-up calls and nurture prospects.
- Meet daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.
Required Skills :
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with new people.
- Good persuasion and active listening skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Interest in sales, business development, or customer engagement.
- Prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
