Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily tasks and deadlines between SME, Proofreader, and DTP Operator teams.
- Maintain and update the to-do list for all ongoing projects.
- Follow up regularly with teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Compile and prepare progress reports to discuss with the MD.
- Identify bottlenecks or delays and facilitate prompt resolution.
- Maintain clear communication and documentation of team updates and project status.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in process or team coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, smart, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Confident in reporting and presenting updates to senior management.
- Proficient in basic office tools (Excel, email, etc.).
