Key Responsibilities
● Generate and manage customer enquiries across loans, solar, government schemes, MSME, NGO, and other business verticals.
● Guide customers regarding documentation and application requirements.
● Verify customer documents and maintain complete case files.
● Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, vendors, government departments, and other stakeholders.
● Process applications through relevant portals and ensure timely follow-up until completion.
● Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
● Maintain accurate records, MIS, Google Sheets, and daily work updates.
● Achieve assigned business targets while ensuring quality service and timely execution.
● Perform any other business-related responsibilities assigned by the management.
Preferred Skills
● Good communication and interpersonal skills.
● Computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word, Google Workspace).
● Strong documentation and coordination skills.
● Ability to multitask and work independently.
● Prior experience in banking, finance, sales, operations, or customer service will be an advantage.
Experience in banking, finance, business development, operations, customer service, or related fields will be preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹11,537.77 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
