We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Sales Executive who can effectively demonstrate our software products, engage with potential customers, and convert leads into successful onboardings. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent presentation abilities, and a good understanding of technology and software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate company products to potential customers through online presentations, product demos, and meetings.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and use cases to customers.
- Convince and convert leads generated by the company into paying customers.
- Handle the complete onboarding process for new clients.
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations and technical explanations when required.
- Support the sales team during the sales process by providing product knowledge and technical insights.
- Understand customer requirements, pain points, and suggest suitable solutions using our products.
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with customers.
- Perform continuous follow-ups with prospects after presentations and demos.
- Convert qualified leads into successful customer onboarding.
- Provide training sessions for customers who have already onboarded to ensure proper product usage.
- Assist customers in resolving basic product-related issues and queries.
- Promote company products through demos, webinars, and presentations when required.
- Demonstrate real-world use cases and integrations to help customers understand product value.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional English communication is preferred; understanding Hindi is also required.
- Excellent presentation and convincing skills.
- Good understanding of software product presentations and demonstrations.
- Strong technical understanding to learn and explain product features.
- High system and computer proficiency.
- Ability to identify customer pain points and provide appropriate product solutions.
- Experience in product demonstrations, presentations, and customer convincing.
Work Location
- Work From Home (Remote).
- Candidate must be willing to visit the Hyderabad office for meetings when required.
- Initial training must be attended at the Hyderabad office location.
Experience
- Experience in software product presentations, demos, and customer convincing is preferred.
