About the Role
Dr. Aravinds IVF is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Couple Coordinator to support couples throughout their fertility treatment journey. The candidate will act as a bridge between patients and the medical team, ensuring smooth coordination, communication, and patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and assist couples during consultation, treatment, and follow-up processes
- Guide patients regarding appointments, investigations, and treatment schedules
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, embryologists, and administrative teams
- Provide emotional support and ensure a positive patient experience
- Handle patient queries with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Follow up with patients regarding reports, procedures, and reviews
- Support counseling and patient engagement activities
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare, patient coordination, counseling, or related field
- Freshers are also welcome to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Training will be provided for freshers
- Ability to handle patients with empathy and professionalism
- Basic computer and documentation skills Qualification
Candidates with the following qualifications are preferred:
- BHMS
- BEMS
- Psychology Graduates
- Life Science Graduates
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English
- Patient counseling and coordination abilities
