We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Oversee and manage daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and productive work environment.
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, including booking rooms and preparing necessary materials.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as required.
- Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure all necessary equipment is available and functioning.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management for office maintenance and supplies.
- Assist with basic human resources tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Support senior management and various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
- Facilitate internal and external communication to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
