SENIOR EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE - DYEING
LOCATION – – VISAKHAPATNAM, ANDHRA PRADESH, INDIA
We are looking for a hands-on dyeing professional to manage bulk dyeing operations, handle shop-floor teams, and
ensure consistent quality and timely deliveries.
The Job:
- Handle bulk dyeing operations with hands-on experience in dyeing machines and shift management.
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot dyeing machines, support operators during production.
- Rectify operational and process-related issues to ensure smooth shift functioning.
- Follow up on machine maintenance, wear & tear, and coordinate with Engineering for ECO, JUMBO, and
Sclavos machines.
- Ensure compliance to dyeing processes and parameters to achieve consistent quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to achieve 100% RFT and 100% OTD.
The Person:
Essential: Should have strong hands-on experience in dyeing operations, machine handling, and team management
in a textile processing environment.
- Possess a Graduate in Textile Processing / Textile Technology or related field Qualification.
- 2–5 years’ experience in bulk dyeing operations with strong process knowledge.
- Hands-on experience in Viewtex and Orgatex programming, sample and baby dyeing.
- Strong team handling, problem-solving, and shop-floor coordination skills.
- If the candidate can join at the earliest can be preferable/added advantage.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹39,025.57 per month
